When you place an order

Orders are placed through a secure checkout operated by Wix, our e-commerce platform. To fulfil your order we receive your name, email address, delivery address and the details of the items you ordered.

Payments are handled by the payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Who we share it with

Your name and delivery address are shared with our print and fulfilment partner so your order can be produced and delivered, and with the carrier that delivers it. Wix processes order data as our platform provider.

We do not share your information with anyone else, except when the law requires it.

When you browse the site

We keep simple visit statistics: the page you open, the website or campaign that sent you, your country as reported by our hosting network, your device type and how long you stay. We do not store IP addresses, and these statistics contain no names or contact details.

A random visit identifier is kept in your browser's session storage and is removed when you close the tab. We use these statistics only to understand which pages are useful.

Information stored in your browser

Your browser keeps your language choice and the contents of your cart, so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The checkout and payment pages are operated by Wix and the payment provider and may use their own cookies, which are covered by their own privacy policies.

Videos

Videos on this site are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. After that, YouTube's privacy policy applies.

Purchases on Etsy

If you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy's privacy policy applies, and we receive only the information Etsy shares with us to complete your order.

How long we keep information

We keep order information for as long as we need it to deliver your order, handle returns and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
