Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include a short description and photos of the item and its packaging.

We will send you a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible. In most cases you do not need to send the damaged item back.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange a canvas or aluminum print within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send you the return instructions.

The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

We refund returned items within 14 days of receiving them, to the original payment method. Shipping was free, so no shipping charge is deducted.

Your right of withdrawal in the EU and UK

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The returns policy above applies this right.

For digital downloads, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started with your consent, which you give before the item is added to your cart.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods.

Digital downloads: no returns

Digital downloads are delivered instantly, so they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Before a digital download is added to your cart, we ask you to confirm this.

If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not open, contact us and we will send you a working file.
